Personal hygiene also referred to as personal care is one of the most important aspect in maintaining good health. It usually includes but not limited to bathing, showering, skin care, hair care, nail care, foot care, genital care and dental care. Generally, personal care is keeping the body clean to prevent the spread of germs and/or bacteria.
For some, personal care and a top priority, but for some, taking a bath or shower everyday is already too much of an effort. A lot of men are still working on with their personal care habits. Here are some of the things men should know and shouldn't do.
