MATTHEW BELINO IS THE MAN IN ALBIE CASINO PHOTO SCANDAL

Many of you maybe wondering who is the man in picture of the infamous Albie Casino photo scandal circulating in the social networking sites.  The man in the photo is Matthew Belino and I stand with what I posted earlier that he doesn't even look like Albie Casino, but he is damn good looking!
