MUST TRY QUICK AND EASY CARROT JUICE RECIPE

If you are not into crunching raw carrots like what (rabbits... kidding) other people do, how about drinking this healthy vegetable with all its nutrients down to your stomach.  Just an FYI, this humble root vegetable is actually part of the parsley family.  Carrots provide complete nutrition to the body, a fabulous source of fiber, Vitamin B1, B2, B6, C, K, Biotin, Potassium.  Here’s a quick carrot juice recipe that you might want to try.

INGREDIENTS
1 lbs large carrots (washed and peeled)
1/2 lemon (peeled)
Few green leafs such as red lettuce or carrot greens or any greens you would like to try
1 apple or a few pineapple chunks

DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients in your juicer.  Mix and Drink immediately.
